Ahoy! I do still exist (and get comment alerts, hehe)... Alas, over the past year or two my health has been a bit frustrating, but covid/flu/pneumonia/more flu/infections/parainfluenza [ooh how different!] are all "normal person" illnesses and nobody wants to hear about that. Combined with *gestures vaguely at the state of the world* and lack of fancy-math to blather on about, I'm out of stuff to contribute.
